Shipping Policy

 All orders are made‑to‑order and shipped from GUANGDONG, China.

Processing Time:

 Production lead‑time is 5-10 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping time is additional.

 International Duty & Tax Notice:

Product price and shipping fee do NOT include import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees or any local taxes applicable in destination countries. All import‑related charges are the full responsibility of the buyer. Customs‑caused delays are beyond our control.

 Shipping Methods:

We ship via insured international courier. Tracking number will be provided once goods dispatch. Lost‑in‑transit claims must be submitted within 3 business days after delivery signature with photo evidence.

Delivery address cannot be modified once parcel is dispatched.
